Limited by cobbled streets and stairs throughout, please call ahead with any concerns.I can't attend? Can I get a refund?We need 5 days notice to issue a refund so if you don't think you can attend please let us know as soon as possible. We are a small independent business and rely on small groups to make these tours possible.Can I swap my ticket?Again as a small business our guides rely on these tours to support their livelihood. We cannot swap tickets unless you give us 5 days notice. You can transfer your ticket to another person to attend in your place.Should I Tip?If you enjoy it you can tip your guide if you want!
